Frozen Shoulder

Frozen shoulder is an umbrella term for shoulder pain or loss of movement of shoulder. True frozen shoulder is called adhesive capsulitis. Adhesive capsulitis takes a long time to recover. It goes through three phases; stage 1: loss of movement stage 2; pain with loss of movement and stage 3; movement with pain. It can take from 3 months to a year of treatment and rehabilitation. If not treated it may take years to recover from.

Many frozen shoulder diagnosis can be miss-interpreted. What may look like a frozen shoulder may be a simple mechanical issue of the rotator cuff or a form of tendonitis due to impingement of a tendon.

We are able to give you a better understanding of what is going on and how long it may take to treat. Almost 99% of our patents recover mobility and gain pain-relief.
