Jona Koka; Associate Practitioner

Fatjona is a highly skilled and compassionate osteopath with a strong commitment to delivering truly holistic, patient-centred care. She holds a Master’s degree in Osteopathy and was awarded the Outstanding Contribution to the Osteopathic Community Award (2024), recognising both her clinical excellence and dedication to the profession.

Her First-Class dissertation explored the relationship between psychological factors and dysfunctional breathing, shaping her integrated approach to treatment. Fatjona considers not only the physical symptoms, but also the underlying influences on the body, supporting patients in achieving long-term, sustainable wellbeing.

She has experience working in multidisciplinary clinics across Central London, where she has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. These include chronic back and neck pain, sciatica, shoulder injuries, postural strain, joint conditions, and stress-related presentations such as migraines.

Jona combines hands-on osteopathic techniques with rehabilitation, movement strategies, and clear, supportive guidance, empowering patients to better understand and care for their bodies. She also incorporates dry needling where appropriate to enhance treatment outcomes.

Committed to ongoing professional development, she is currently advancing her training in cranial osteopathy, with a particular interest in nervous system regulation and its role in overall health.

Jona’s calm, attentive manner and depth of clinical understanding make her a natural fit within the ethos of London Osteopathic Care, where the focus is always on personalised, high-quality care.
